HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 05112010 - C.32RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Position Adjustment Resolution # 20792 to add one Senior Building Inspector position, as recommended by the Human Resources Director. FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact to the General Fund. The position is to be funded with weatherization funds. BACKGROUND: The Building Inspection Division's Weatherization Program has increased since Fiscal Year 2008-09 from five (5) project and permanent positions and a $1.2 million budget to 26 project and temporary positions with a budget of over $8 million. The growth in personnel and number of projects warrants the need to add a Senior Building Inspector position to provide the day-to-day lead direction to the multiple crews performing weatherization assessments and repair services for clients.
