Bonilla, District IV Supervisor Date:May 11, 2010 Contra Costa County Subject:Re-Appointment to the Mental Health Commission BACKGROUND: (CONT'D) Act, Stats. 1992, c. 1374 (A.B. 14). The primary purpose of the Commission is to serve in an advisory capacity to the Board of Supervisors from each of the five districts for a term of three years. Each district has a consumer of mental health services, family member and an at-large representative on the Commission, for a total of 15 members plus a representative from the Board of Supervisors.
