The Public Works Director has recommended the initiation of Contract Change Order No. 10 for Assessment District 1981-1 in the amount of $58,325.00 to compensate the contractor, Gallagher and Burk , for additional electrical and landscaping work on San Ramon Valley Boulevard at the request of, and paid for by the City of Danville and Pacific Bell. The Public Works Director has reported that said change order and previous change orders collectively exceed $25,000.00.
