THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COMITY, CALIFORNIA
Adopted this Order on February 5, 1985 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Powers , Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson $ Fanden
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN : None
SUBJECT: Authorize Contract Change Order, Assessment District 1981-1,
Work Order No. 5474, Danville/San Ramon Area.
The Public Works Director has recommended the initiation of
Contract Change Order No. 10 for Assessment District 1981-1 in the amount
of $58,325.00 to compensate the contractor, Gallagher and Burk , for
additional electrical and landscaping work on San Ramon Valley Boulevard
at the request of, and paid for by the City of Danville and Pacific Bell.
The Public Works Director has reported that said change order
and previous change orders collectively exceed $25,000.00.
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the Public Works Director is
AUTHORIZED to execute the contract change order.
