FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact. BACKGROUND: Public Employees Union, Local One and Contra Costa County have negotiated the number of hours during a calendar year that incumbents in the classifications of Cardiac Ultrasonographer-Per Diem and Pharmacist-Per Diem may work, as well as the conditions under which incumbents may work.
