HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 05112010 - PR.3RECOMMENDATION(S): Accept a presentation from the Health Services Department on the Regional Medical Center Cancer Program being one of only three California hospitals to receive the 2009 Outstanding Achievement Award from the American College of Surgeons’ Commission on Cancer. FISCAL IMPACT: None. BACKGROUND: Contra Costa Health Service's Regional Medical Center Cancer Program recently received the 2009 Outstanding Achievement Award from the American College of Surgeons’ Commission on Cancer. The Contra Costa Regional Medical Center in Martinez is one of only three California hospitals to receive the award.
