HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 04272010 - C.02RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2010/218 accepting as complete the contracted work performed by Malachi Construction, for the Montalvin Manor Sidewalk project, as recommended by the Public Works Director. FISCAL IMPACT: This project was funded by 75% Redevelopment funds and 25% Property Owner funds. BACKGROUND: The Public Works Director reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the approved plans, special provisions and standard specifications and recommends its acceptance as complete as of April 5, 2010. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The contractor will not be paid and acceptance notification will not be recorded.
