ADOPT Wendt Ranch GHAD Resolution No. 2010/01, adopting the Fiscal Year 2010/2011
budget and an updated payment limit for the 2010/2011 annual fiscal year.
FISCAL IMPACT:
All GHADs are funded 100% through assessments levied on properties within each GHAD.
Therefore, there is no impact on the County General Fund.
BACKGROUND:
The proposed budget for the 2010/2011 fiscal year for the GHAD is attached to the
resolution along with an updated payment limit for the 2010/2011 fiscal year as required by
the consultant contract for the GHAD manager.
