Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee (Donna Wigand), to
execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #74–198–9 with Early
Childhood Mental Health Program, a non-profit corporation, effective March 1, 2010, to
amend Contract #74–198–8, to increase the payment limit by $30,000, from $441,705 to a
new payment limit of $471,705, with no change in the original term of July 1, 2009 through
June 30, 2010.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This Contract is funded 34% by Federal FFP Medi-Cal, 21% by State Early and Periodic,
Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment (EPSDT), and 45% by Proposition 10.
BACKGROUND:
On July 21, 2009, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #74–198–8 with Early
Childhood Mental Health Program for the period from July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010,
for the provision of wrap-around, day treatment, and mental health services for children,
