HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 04202010 - C.43RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee (Donna Wigand), to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #74–198–9 with Early Childhood Mental Health Program, a non-profit corporation, effective March 1, 2010, to amend Contract #74–198–8, to increase the payment limit by $30,000, from $441,705 to a new payment limit of $471,705, with no change in the original term of July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 34% by Federal FFP Medi-Cal, 21% by State Early and Periodic, Screening, Diagnostic and Treatment (EPSDT), and 45% by Proposition 10.
