HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 04202010 - C.41RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #26-599-1 with Richard J. Claveria, M.D., A Professional Medical Corporation, in an amount not to exceed $270,000, to provide professional Orthopedic Surgery services at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Contra Costa Health Centers, for the period from May 1, 2010 through April 30, 2013. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Enterprise I Budget. Cost to the County depends upon utilization. As appropriate, patients and/or third party payors will be billed for services. BACKGROUND: For a number of years the County has contracted with Medical, Dental and Mental Health Specialists to provide specialized professional services that are not otherwise available in its Hospital and Health Centers.
