Purposes and Releasing of Abutter’s Rights, for LP 08-02023, for project being developed
by Muir Heritage Land Trust, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Martinez
area.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
The Offer of Dedication for Roadway Purposes and Releasing of Abutter’s Rights are
required to satisfy Condition of Approval Numbers 40 and 42, respectively.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The Offer of Dedication For Roadway Purposes and Releasing of Abutter's Rights will not
be recorded.
