APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the conveyance of a Quitclaim Deed of Development Rights
for SD 90-07609, Lots 3 through 7 to John D. Curtis and a Quitclaim Deed of Development
Rights for SD 90-07609, Lots 1 and 2 to John D. Curtis, Pensco Trust Company, Sean R.
Curtis, Mary C. Curtis, and Sean R. Curtis, Trustee, pursuant to Government Code Section
25526.5;
AUTHORIZE the Chair, Board of Supervisors, to execute the Quitclaim Deeds of
Development Rights, as recommended by the Public Works Director.
DIRECT the Real Property Division to cause said Quitclaim Deeds of Development Rights
to be delivered to the Grantees for acceptance and recording.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no impact to the County General Fund.

Subject:Conveyance of Quitclaim Deeds of Development Rights to John D. Curtis, et al., for SD90-07609, Martinez
area.
BACKGROUND:
Due to changes in road alignment within SD 90-07609, the previously approved Grant
Deeds of Development Rights from John D. Curtis for Lots 1 through 7, need to be
quitclaimed back to the underlying fee owners before the revised Grant Deeds of
Development Rights can be accepted by the Board of Supervisors.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The previously approved Grant Deeds of Development Rights will not be quitclaimed
and will be in conflict with the Amended Map.
