HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 04132010 - C.81RECOMMENDATION(S):
Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf
of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #26-602-4 with Traditions Psychology
Group, Inc., a corporation, effective March 1, 2010, to amend Contract #26-602 (as
amended by Amendment Agreement #26-602-1 and #26-602-3) to increase the payment
limit by $6,737,000, modify the hourly payment rates, and extend the term from June 14,
2010 through June 15, 2011.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funding for this contract is included in the Health Services Departments Budget. As
appropriate, patients and/or third-party payors will be billed for services. To insure services
coordination this amendment consolidates work previously done by other locum-tenen
staffing companies. Accordingly this amendment will be partially offset by $1.2 million in
cost savings due to the locum-tenen contract cancellations.
