HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 04102010 - C.76RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee (Steven Tremain, MD), to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #26–975–6 with Mark Van Handel, MD, a self-employed individual, effective March 1, 2010, to amend Contract #26–975–5, to increase the payment limit by $90,000, from $1,050,000 to a new payment limit of $1,140,000, with no change in the original term of June 1, 2009 through May 31, 2012. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Enterprise Fund I. Cost to the County depends upon utilization. As appropriate, patients and/or third party payors will be billed for services.
