HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 04132010 - C.70RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee (William Walker, MD), to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Extension Agreement #23–313–6 with Brookside Community Health Center, Inc., a non-profit corporation, to extend the term from April 30, 2010 through April 30, 2012. FISCAL IMPACT: None, there is no change in the Contract Payment Limit of $300,000. This Contract is funded in the Hospital Enterprise Fund. BACKGROUND: On April 21, 2009, the Board of Supervisors approved modifications to the County’s Basic Health Care (BHC) program. This Contract will allow the community clinics to provide primary medical care services to residents affected by the change in the County’s BHC Program. The General Conditions were modified from the standard County format.
