CCICH is charged with providing a forum for communication and coordination about the overall implementation of the Ten Year Plan to End Homelessness and providing advice and input on the operations of homeless services. CCICH meets on a regular basis to discuss issues surrounding homelessness throughout the County and is made up of representatives from city and county government, health care, law enforcement, service providers and consumers.
