Industries, Inc., Delaware Corp., as recommended by the Public Works Director, San
Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
The applicant has satisfied all conditions of approval required for Final Map approval.

The Final Map and Subdivision AGreement will not be approved.
