February 26, 1985 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers , Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson and Fanden NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Approval of the Parcel Map, ) RESOLUTION NO. 85/108 Subdivision MS 76-849 Oakley Area. 1 1 The following document was presented for Board approval this date: The Parcel Map of Subdivision MS 76-84, property located in the Oakley area, said map having been certified by the prooer officials; Said document was accompanied by a letter from the County Tax Collector stating that there are no unpaid County taxes heretofore levied on the property included in said map and that the 1984-85 tax lien has been paid in full . NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that said subdivision, together with the provisions for its design and improvement, is DETERMINED to be con- sistent with the County's general and specific plans; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Parcel Map is APPROVED and this Board does not accept or reject on behalf of the public any of the streets, paths or easements shown thereon as dedicated to oublic use. 1 hereby certify that this is a t:us and correct copy of an action taken and entered on the rnlnutes of the Board of Supe:elsom cn the date shown. Assessor ' s Parcel No. 035-050-002. The Public Works Director has recommended that he be authorized to execute a Deferred Improvement Agreement with Larry Martinez and Sandra S. Martinez, as required by the Conditions of Approval for Subdivision MS 76-84. This aqreement would permit the deferment of construction of permanent improvements along Laurel Road which is located just east of Brown Road in the Oakley area. IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the recommendation of the Public Works Director is APPROVED. Assessor ' s Parcel No. 035-050-002. The Puhlic Works Director has recommended that he be authorized to execute a Deferred Improvement Aqreement with Larry Martinez and Sandra S. Martinez, as required by the Conditions of Approval for Subdivision MS 76-84. This agreement would permit the deferment of construction of Line A of Drainage Area 30A which is located in the vicinity of Laurel Road and Brown Road in the Oakley area.
