CORRECT the Board Order which was approved by the Board of Supervisors on February
23, 2010, Agenda Item C.68, to authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute, on behalf of the
Health Services Department, Purchase Order with Trizetto in the amount not to exceed
$700,000 for annual maintenance fees, license fees, and system upgrades for the QicLink
Software to correct the term to read for the period from March 13, 2010 through March 12,
2013.
FISCAL IMPACT:
100% Enterprise Fund I.
BACKGROUND:
On February 23, 2010, the Board of Supervisors approved Item C.68 with Trizetto for
annual maintenance fees, license fees, and system upgrades for the QicLink Software a
benefits administration system for the Contra Costa Health Plan, in the amount not to exceed
$700,000, for the period from March 13, 2010 through March 12, 2012. Due to an
administrative oversight the amount should have ended March 12, 2013 to allow for a three
(3) year term.
