HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 02261985 - 1.42 CONTRA COSTA COUNTY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY - Adopted this Order on February 26, 1985, by the following vote: AYES: Commissioners Powers, Fanden, Schroder, McPeak and Torlakson NOES: None ABSENT: None SUBJECT: Sale of Redevelopment Agency Surplus House for Removal from 140 Brockhurst Court, Walnut Creek Project No. 7891-3540 Walnut 'Creek Area On February 12, 1985, at 11:00 a.m., representatives of the Contra Costa County Redevelopment Agency sold at public auction, for removal from the premises, the Agencyowned house located at 140 Brockhurst Court, Walnut Creek. The high bidder was Friedrich-Gribbon Partnership; the high bid was $6,300.00. The successful bidder immediately deposited with the Agency $1,700.00. The balance of $5,009.50, which includes 6P2 percent sales tax, is due within ten days of the bid acceptance; and y. The Contra Costa County Redevelopment Agency ORDERS that said bid from Friedrich-Gribbon Partnership is hereby ACCEPTED. The Executive Director of the Contra Costa County Redevelopment Agency is hereby AUTHORIZED to sign the Purchase Agreement with Friedrich-Gribbon on behalf of the Agency, and to sign a Bill of Sale to be delivered to the buyer upon payment of the full purchase price. 1 hereby certify that this is a true and correct copy of an action taken and entered on the minutes of the Redevelopment Agency on the date shown.
