HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 03232010 - C.60RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee (Donna Wigand), to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #29–525–5 with First 5 Contra Costa Children and Families Commission, effective February 1, 2010, to amend Contract #29–525–4, to increase the amount paid to County by $90,000, from $562,755, to a new payment limit of $652,755, with no change in the original term of July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010. FISCAL IMPACT: Approval of this amendment will result in $652,755 for FY 2009-2010 from First 5 Contra Costa Children and Families Commission (Proposition 10 – First Five funds) for wraparound and other mental health services for children. No County match is required.
