HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 03092010 - C.44RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee (Art Lathrop), to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #23-392-4 with the Rodeo-Hercules Fire Protection District, a public Agency, effective March 1, 2010, amend Contract #23-392-3, to increase the total payment limit by $120,000 from $60,000 to a new total of $180,000, with no change in the original term of July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2012. FISCAL IMPACT: There is no County General Fund impact. All payments are funded under CSA EM 1 (Measure H). BACKGROUND: On August 4, 2009, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #23-392-3 with Rodeo-Hercules Fire Protection District for the period from July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2012, for the provision of first responder fire paramedic services, for the Rodeo-Hercules Fire Protection District.
