HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 03092010 - C.42RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee (Haven Fearn), to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #24–723–66 with Neighborhood House of North Richmond, a non-profit corporation, effective March 1, 2010, to amend Contract #24–723–65, to increase the payment limit by $27,436, from $442,560 to a new payment limit of $449,996, with no change in the original term of July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 66% by Federal Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment (SAPT) Block Grant, 28% by State Bay Area Service Network (BASN), and 6% California Emergency Management Agency – Justice Assistance Grant Offender Treatment Program (CAL EMA JAG-OTP).
