HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 03092010 - C.37RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee (Donna Wigand), to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #74–351–2 with Sunbridge Harbor View Rehabilitation Center, a non-profit corporation, effective January 1, 2010, to amend Novation Contract #74–351–1, with no change in the payment limit of $127,750, no change in the original term of July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010, and no change in the automatic extension amount of $63,875, through December 31, 2010. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 50% by Mental Health Realignment and 50% by Contra Costa County Employment and Human Services Department.
