ADOPT Resolution No. 2010/137 accepting as complete the contracted work performed by
Thomas D. Eychner Co., Inc., for abatement and demolition for the Pacheco Boulevard
Realignment project, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Martinez area.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no impact to the County General Fund. This project is fully funded by Measure J.
BACKGROUND:
The Public Works Director reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the
special provisions and standard specifications and recommends its acceptance as complete
as of February 23, 2010 for 4653 Pacheco Blvd., in Martinez.
