ADOPT Resolution No. 2010/123 approving Stormwater Management Facilities Operation
and Maintenance Agreement for DP 07-03064 (APN 148-480-014), Walnut Creek area.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
A Stormwater Management Facilities Operation and Maintenance Agreement is required by
condition of approval no. 50 for DP 07-03064.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The agreement will not be recorded and Contra Costa County may not be in full compliance
with it’s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit.
