HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 02232010 - C.64RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #26-347-16 with Medstaff, Inc. (dba Medstaff Healthcare Solutions), a corporation, effective January 1, 2010, to amend Contract #26-347-15, to increase the payment limit by $90,000, from $200,000 to a new payment limit of $290,000, with no change in the original term of May 1, 2009 through April 30, 2010. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Enterprise Fund I. BACKGROUND: On April 7, 2009, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #26-347-15 with Medstaff, Inc. for the period from May 1, 2009 through April 30, 2010, for the provision of temporary nursing, therapy, pharmacy, and radiology services for Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Contra Costa Health Centers.
