Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute on behalf of
the County Standard Agreement #29-611-28 (State #10-1002) with the State Office of
Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD), to pay County an amount not to
exceed $51,615 for continuation of the Family Practice Residency Program, for the period
from July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2013.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Approval of this Agreement will result in a total of $51,615 from the State Office of
Statewide Health Planning and Development for the Family Practice Residency Program,
through June 30, 2013. No County funds are required.
BACKGROUND:
Since 1978, the Board of Supervisors has approved subsequent Agreements with the State
to provide funds for the County's Family Practice Residency Program.
Approval of Standard Agreement #29-611-28 will allow continuation of the Family Practice
Residency Program at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center,
