ADOPT Resolution No. 2010/100 ratifying the prior decision of the Public Works Director,
or designee, to fully close a portion of Market Avenue at Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR)
crossing, on February 5, 2010 to February 6, 2010 from 12:00 a.m. through 12:00 p.m., for
the purpose of repairing railroad crossing, North Richmond area.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
Applicant shall follow guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Applicant will not have Board approval for completed road closure.
