FISCAL IMPACT: CCTA will pay the actual costs of right of way services performed by Real Property. (ACQ/3540) BACKGROUND: CCTA requires a variety of right of way services related to the State Route 4 West Gap project, but has no right of way staff and has contracted with Contra Costa County (County) for these services. On August 1, 1998, the Board approved the original agreement between the County and CCTA. Additional funds from CCTA are required for the County to provide the necessary right of way services under the agreement.
