HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 02092010 - C.27RECOMMENDATION(S): CORRECT the Board Order which was approved by the Board of Supervisors on January 12, 2010, Agenda Item C.92, to authorize the Purchasing Agent, on behalf of the Health Services Department, which read to execute Purchase Order with International Business Machines (IBM) to a correct vendor name to read Zones, Inc., a corporation, in an amount not to exceed $104,523, for software upgrades, no-personal services, maintenance on five (5) servers and software licenses covering 2500 users for the Health Services Department’s Lotus Notes email application. FISCAL IMPACT: 100% by Enterprise Fund I. BACKGROUND: The Health Services Division uses the County standard email application, Lotus Notes, for business email, calendaring and associated activities. This request is for the annual renewal of the software maintenance contract.
