BACKGROUND: (CONT'D) Act for CSBG programs. The County received funds from California Department of Community Services and Development to implement programs in support of this Plan. Opportunity Junction Inc. was identified as a local partner in this effort. The proposed contract provides funding to support training and counseling staff in the Contractor's Job Training and Placement Program, preserve 17.5 participant intern positions, and general operating costs related to these positions.
