AYES: Supervisors Powers , Schroder, Torlakson and Fanden
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor McPeak
ABSTAIN: None
SUBJECT: Authorize Contract Change Order, Assessment District 1981-1,
Work Order No. 5474, Danville/San Ramon Area.
The Public Works Director has recommended the initiation of
Contract Change Order No. 11 for Assessment District 1981-1 in the amount
of $4,525.00 to compensate the contractor, Gallagher and Burk, for addi-
tional undergrounding work on San Ramon Valley Boulevard.
The Public Works Director has reported that said change order
and previous change orders collectively exceed $25,000.00.
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the Public Works Director is
AUTHORIZED to execute the contract change order.
I hereby certify that this is a Inn and correct copy of
an action taken and entered on the minutes of the
Board of Superviors on the date shown.
