HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 02191985 - 1.17 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on February 19, 1985 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Powers , Schroder, Torlakson and Fanden NOES: None ABSENT: Supervisor McPeak ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Authorize Contract Change Order, Assessment District 1981-1, Work Order No. 5474, Danville/San Ramon Area. The Public Works Director has recommended the initiation of Contract Change Order No. 11 for Assessment District 1981-1 in the amount of $4,525.00 to compensate the contractor, Gallagher and Burk, for addi- tional undergrounding work on San Ramon Valley Boulevard. The Public Works Director has reported that said change order and previous change orders collectively exceed $25,000.00. IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to execute the contract change order.
