Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf
of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #26-641-4 with Advanced Medical
Personnel Services, Inc., a corporation, effective December 1, 2009, to amend Contract
#26-641-2, to increase the payment limit by $89,000, from $140,000 to a new payment limit
of $229,000 with no change in the original term of July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This Amendment is funded 100% by Enterprise Fund I.
BACKGROUND:
On June 16, 2009, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #26-641-2 with Advanced
Medical Personnel Services, Inc., to provide temporary physical, occupations and speech
therapists at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Contra Costa Health Centers, for
the period from July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010.
Approval of Contract Amendment Agreement #26-641-4 will allow the Contractor to
provide additional
