APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Director of the Department of Conservation and
Development or her designee to execute the 2009/10 Housing Rehabilitation Services
Contract between the City of Antioch and Contra Costa County for the Housing
Rehabilitation Loan Program.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funding will be provided by the City of Antioch
BACKGROUND:
For fiscal year 2009-10, the City of Antioch has approved and authorized the expenditure
of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) total in redevelopment Low and Moderate
Income Housing (LMIH) Set Aside funds for a housing rehabilitation program for
owner-occupants of single-family homes.
County has the demonstrated experience and qualifications to operate a housing
rehabilitation program under the Antioch Development Agency Program.

FOR THE HOUSING REHABILITATION LOAN PROGRAM
This is the twenty-second year the County has contracted with the City of Antioch for these
services.
BACKGROUND: (CONT'D)
The Agreement will result in $90,000 in revenue to the County for costs related to the
implementation of the Program.
The term of the agreement is July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010.
