HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 12082009 - C.01RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2009/561 accepting completion of landscape improvements for Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping), RA 00-01094 (cross-reference SD 95-07976), project developed by Windemere BLC Land Company, LLC, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area, as recommended by the Public Works Director. FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact. BACKGROUND: The developer, Windemere BLC Land Company, LLC, has completed the landscape improvements per the Subdivision Agreement (Right of Way Landscaping), and in accordance with the Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The developer, Windemere BLC Land Company, LLC will not receive a refund of their cash deposit, and the Subdivision Agreement (Right of Way Landscaping) and performance/maintenance surety bond will not be exonerated.
