D.1 PUBLIC COMMENT (on items not listed on today's agenda) Chris Major, Hayward Youth Academy, regarding expanding non-profit after school programming into the city of Richmond. The following people spoke in opposition to the proposed casino complex at Point Molate; Pam Stello, Richmond Shoreline Citizens’ Response; Aimee Ellis, (handout provided); Mister Phillips, resident of Richmond; Charles T. Smith, AFSCME Local 444. Kech Namovich, California Native Plant Society (handout provided).
