HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 12012009 - C.58RECOMMENDATION(S): APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Purchasing Agent to execute a purchase order with Unified Teldata Inc., on behalf of the Department of Information Technology, in the amount of $160,000 to purchase product, installation services, upgrades and licenses as needed. FISCAL IMPACT: Charges will be billed back to the ordering customer, via the DoIT billing process, within the FY 09/10 budget. BACKGROUND: The Blanket Purchase Order will be used for Work Orders that we receive from our customers for purposes of adds, moves, changes to the Avaya ACD/IVR system. In accordance with Administrative Bulletin No 611.0, County Departments are required to get Board approval for single item purchases over $100,000. The County Administrator’s Office has reviewed this request and recommends approval.
