HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 11102009 - C.48RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #26-584-2 with Diablo Nephrology Medical Group, Inc. (Specialty: Kidney Disease), a corporation, in an amount not to exceed $360,000, to provide professional Nephrology services to patients at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Health Centers and County Detention Facilities, for the period from November 1, 2009 through October 31, 2012. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Enterprise I Funds. Cost to the County depends upon utilization. As appropriate, patients and/or third party payors will be billed for services.
