HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 11102009 - C.34RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee (Wendel Brunner, MD), to execute, on behalf of the County, Novation Contract #29–285–26 with the City of San Pablo, a government agency, to pay County an amount not to exceed $27,150, to provide congregate meal services for County’s Senior Nutrition Program, for the period from July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010. This Contract includes a three-month automatic extension through September 30, 2010, in an amount not to exceed $6,785. FISCAL IMPACT: No County match is required. BACKGROUND: This Contract meets the social needs of County’s population by providing an average of 85 congregate meals per day, five days per week for senior citizens at the Hercules Senior Center.
