HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 11032009 - C.42RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #26-642-2 with Chiu Hung Tung, M.D., Inc., a professional corporation, effective September 1, 2009, to amend Contract #26-642 to increase the payment limit by $20,000, from $281,250 to a new payment limit of $301,250, with no change in the original term of January 1, 2009 through September 30, 2009. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Enterprise Fund I. BACKGROUND: On December 16, 2008, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #26-642 with Chiu Hung Tung, M.D., Inc., for the period from January 1, 2009 through September 30, 2009, for the provision of anesthesiology services including consultation, training, medical procedures, on-call and clinical coverage.
