Chris Major, Hayward Youth Academy, regarding expanding non-profit after school programming
into the city of Richmond.
Rollie Katz, SEIU Local One, commented on the historical role of government in providing
infrastructure services to promote growth in society
The following people spoke in opposition to the proposed casino complex at Point Molate;
Pam Stello, Richmond Shoreline Citizens’ Response;
Aimee Ellis, (handout provided);
Mister Phillips, resident of Richmond;
Charles T. Smith, AFSCME Local 444.Kech Namovich, California Native Plant Society (handout
provided).
The following people spoke in opposition to proposed cuts in the IHSS budget:
