ADOPT Personnel Adjustment Resolution # 20735 to reallocate the Network Administrator
II (LNSB, Represented), position #10870 and the incumbent to a Senior Business Analyst
(LTVJ, Represented) in Employment and Human Services Department, Community
Services Bureau as recommended by the Assistant County Administrator - Human
Resources Director.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No financial impact on the department or county budgets.
BACKGROUND:
Community Services Bureau (CSB) has experienced several organizational changes during
the past several months resulting in work re-assignments and increased responsibility at the
senior level. In January 2009, Mr. Kim was assigned to oversee many of CSB's systems, and
business analysis.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
If this request is not approved, this will result in a significant increase

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: (CONT'D)
of the case loads of the current fiscal and personnel staff, and may contribute to
insufficient tracking, monitoring, management, and coordination of services and funds.
This potentially may result in the failure of the Community Services Bureau to meet the
reporting requirement set by the funding sources and thus may contribute to loss of
funding, and the inability of the program to provide services needed by the community.
