The Council is composed of 11 members and the IOC reviews nominations to all seats except those designated for County managers and labor unions. Terms of office for seats reviewed by the IOC are three years. The Internal Operations Committee, on September 21, 2009, reviewed and approved Mr. Geisler's nomination for re-appointment.
