HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 10062009 - C.54RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee (Jeff Smith, M.D.), to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #26-641-3 with Advanced Medical Personnel Services, Inc., a corporation, effective June 1, 2009, to amend Contract #26-641 (as amended by Amendment Agreement #26-641-1), to increase the payment limit by $22,000, from $91,500 to a new payment limit of $113,500 with no change in the original term of November 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009. FISCAL IMPACT: This Amendment is funded 100% by Enterprise Fund I. Approval of Contract Amendment Agreement #26-641-3 will allow the Contractor to provide additional services, due to higher than expected utilization through June 30, 2009. Currently the Rehabilitation Department at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center has 12 vacant positions.
