ADOPT Resolution No. 2009/467 accepting as complete the contracted work performed by
Coastside Concrete for the Willow Lake Road Sidewalk, as recommended by the Public
Works Director.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This project was funded by 63.7% Safe Routes to Schools funds and 36.3% Local funds.
BACKGROUND:
The Public Works Director reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the
approved plans, special provisions and standard specifications and recommends its
acceptance as complete as of August 15, 2009.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The contractor will not be paid and acceptance notification will not be recorded.
