Subject:FIX Hearing to consider adoption of an ordinance adjusting fees in the Tri-Valley Transporation

BACKGROUND:
Staff has proposed to the adoption of an ordinance that would adjust developers fees in the
TVTD Area of Benefit. State law requires a public hearing to be held and notice of the
public hearing provided before the adoption of such ordinance.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
A public hearing would not be set, notice would not be giving and the proposed ordinance
could not legally be acted on by the Board.
