SUBJECT: Right of Way Conveyance
San Ramon Creek at Kemline Court

Alamo Area
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
Contra Costa County owns an easement on the real property on Kemline , Court in
Alamo, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. Said property is not required for
County use and is required by Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation
District for flood control purposes.
This Board hereby FINDS that the property described in Exhibit "A" is not required
for any County use. This Board hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the transfer of said
property to Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District and the
Board Chair is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute a Quitclaim Deed to the District on behalf
of the County.
This activity is not subject to the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant
to Section 15061(b)(3) of Chapter 3 of the CEQA Guidelines. It can be seen with
certainity that there is no possibility that the activity may have a significant
effect on the environment.
The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to cause the Quitclaim Deed to be delivered
to the District.
I hereby certify that this Is a true and correct copy of
an action taken and entered on the minutes of the
Board of Supervisors on the date shown.

what is known as the Ford Tract in Rancho San Ramon", which map was filed March
4, 1895, in Volume C ofi'Maps at page 71, Official Records of Contra Costa County,
California.
More particularly described as being a portion of Subdivision 5385, a map. of
which was filed November 7, 1980, in Volume 247 of Maps at page 13, Official
Records of said County. Bearings are based on the California Coordinate System
Zone III.
