HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 09152009 - C.75RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee (Art Lathrop), to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Extension Agreement #23-187-13 with HCS Incorporated (dba the Abaris Group), a corporation, effective August 31, 2009, to amend Contract #23-187-12, with no change in the total Payment Limit of $125,289, to extend the term of August 31, 2009 through August 31, 2010. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Federal Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) National Bioterrorism Hospital Preparedness Program funds, through the State Department of Health Services. No County funds are required. Approval of Contract Extension Agreement #23-187-13 will the Contractor to continue to provide services, through August 31, 2010.
