HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 09152009 - C.73RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee (Art Lathrop), to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Extension Agreement #23-366-11 with Ecology and Environment, Inc., a corporation, effective August 31, 2009, to amend Contract #23-366-2 (as amended by Amendment Agreements #23-366-3 through #23-366-10) with no change in the total Payment Limit of $186,395, to extend the term of August 31, 2009 through August 31, 2010. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Federal Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) National Bioterrorism Hospital Preparedness Program funds, through the State Department of Health Services. No County funds are required.
