SUBJECT: Acceptance of Offer of Dedication
Subdivision 4205
Discovery Bay
Byron Area
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the land offered for dedication for
Subdivision 4205, and described in the instrument entitled, "Offer of Dedication,"
recorded July 26, 1972 in Book 6708 of Official Records at Page 19, is hereby
ACCEPTED.
The property consists of approximately 9.90 acres of vacant land which
was offered for dedication to satisfy the Park Land Dedication Ordinance require-
ments of Subdivision 4205 in Discovery Bay.
The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to have a certified copy of this
Board Order recorded in the Office of the County Recorder.
I hereby certify that this to a true and correct copy of
an action taken and entered on the minutes o:the
Board of Superylsors on the date shown.
